XL2 BY HIGHSIGHT - CABLE CAM
The XL2 by Highsight is a “clothes-line” based point-to-point cable cam system. The XL2 is nearly silent, has super smooth operation at any speed, including slow creeps. The XL2 can be rigged on extreme angles and still provide smooth starts and starts thanks to a mechanical lock that seamlessly engages and releases with the start of movement. The drive mechanism is placed at the end of the rigging, powered by two 48V batteries and is mounted on the high-line in lieu of traveling with the sled. This in turn makes the XL2 extremely light, reducing the line tension required. The powerful motor can propel the G1 and camera up to 50 mph in a very short distance. Advanced features allow the operator to adjust a variety of parameters to create the perfect move.
