Our industry’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been proactive, swift and wide ranging. Every production has been impacted in one way or another, with most shows suspending production as a precautionary measure to assist the community in managing the spread of the infection and the impact on our health care system.
In order to continue to serve you safely during these challenging times, we’re now taking further precautions to help mitigate the risk of infection.
- We’ve scaled back our operations so all warehouse staff can stay home to protect loved ones and the community as whole.
- All our office staff are working from home. They can be reached via phone or email.
- Hours of operation at each of our facilities may vary. All on-site business will be handled by appointment only.
- We are managing equipment returns based on the COVID-19 status of each show and the capacity at each of our locations. Equipment may need to be quarantined prior to return as a precautionary measure.
