Miranda assists the National Director, Client Services in managing all Toronto and Northern Ontario opportunities. Her responsibilities include forging strong relationships with clients and vendors as well as coordinating with other LOBs, as required. She ensures that the WFW customer journey from order, delivery, and after-sales remains exemplary throughout.
